[muhng-kee-shahyn]
a frivolous or mischievous prank; monkey business.
..that's the dictionary's definition. Know what?. That sounds right.
MONKEY BUSINESS is exactly what I felt when FAMILY FEUD buzzed us for answering "monkey bars" to the following question:
NAME A WORD/PHRASE THAT BEGINS WITH THE WORD "MONKEY"
You could hear the confidence in my mother's voice when she answered, "monkey bars."
We just knew that answer would be the last one remaining, since the other family hadn't guessed it.
BOY WERE WE WRONG!
..the Last answer for the STEAL..?....
Monkeyshines.
After watching yesterday's episode of FAMILY FEUD, I was reminded of the jaw-dropping moment my family and I faced that day. We had a chance at $20,000! (OUCH!)
I think its finally safe to remove it from DVR.
Will the Lakers take it again next year?

GOOD NEWS!!
"You can learn new things at any time in your life if you're willing to be a beginner. If you actually learn to like being a beginner, the whole world opens up to you.
-Barbara Sher
"Each of us must develop an area of excellence where we perform better than almost anyone else."

Smile. Sit up straight. Lift your head up. Lift your eyes. Take a long, deep breath, and smile. Though things may be far from perfect for you, act like it's a great day to be alive. Because it is.Keep a smile on your face and in your voice. Put a spring in your step. Act like you would act if you were the most confident, successful, joyful person in your town. Speak to others in kind and positive terms. Think and speak to yourself the same way. Embrace the challenges and see their positive possibilities. There is no need to delay, even for another moment, the fulfillment that life can bring. See the world around you for what it is, and know that it cannot bring you down. Live today as if it is the best day you could possibly imagine. And in doing that you make it so.

My Island of Disparity
On my island of disparity
streets, they play unfair to me,
born in this world, why didn't they mention
I'd be stripped of all my clarity?
22's seem like they catchin' me
the shine, the grind to Get It,
but I'm devoted to maturity
from baggy clothes to fitted.
My objective mind not tainted
by what the world has been in,
Forbidden Fruit, much harder to depict
contrast to the beginning.
On my island of disparity
no one seems to care but HE,
Here I Survive, and lean towards hope,
the faith that I cannot see.
On my island of disparity
streets, they play unfair to me,
born in this world, why didn't they mention
I'd be stripped of all my clarity?
22's seem like they catchin' me

Here I Survive, and lean towards hope,

A Beautiful Think..
Ever got a chance to see Kobe in action?
....AMAZING!!..Reaallly a wonder to watch. Wonder like, hmmm..How does he do it?? Patience. Watch a Kobe interview. He speaks so eloquently, you would think he'd been up all night practicing. Practicing Patience. It is a virtue of the Gods. They know the grass will always grow greener.
Patience has literally saved my life. Thats because if I haven't had it thus far, truth is, life itself would be full of Anxiety. Only HE knows what that would lead to. Maybe some pills? No thank you.
So today's lesson forevermore? Its a Beautiful Think. Patience. Slow down long enough to peer into your future. Know things will be alright. Have the patience to problem/solution what may come about. No plan is ever fullproof. The people that are succeeding in these bad economic times are the people that haven't jumped out there desperately. Happiness lies with those who realize they wake up everyday. They See. Hear. Smell. Touch. Taste different foods. What more could we ask for?
..Or are we so selfish as to think we want/need what our eyes see?

About Levi
Levi is a twenty-something passionate infoprenuar. He shares the common desire to be helpful to people. Through his share of ups & downs, from being homeless to incarcerated, he has embraced the positive change in his life.
Life has been an emotional roller-coaster since his parent's separation when he was young. Yet, he has still managed to keep close to him the things which he is most passionate about.
Tough times have made him who he is today. Compassionate about the well-being of others.
"Everyone is here to fulfill a purpose. The destiny we all share is to be the best we can possibly be. Our own destiny remains hidden until we work to find it. It doesn't end at the job we work or the place we call home. In my opinion, that's just the beginning. A foundation for us to build on."
He desires to inspire. Quotes & thoughts of self-motivation are constant in his life.
"a mind is a terrible thing to waste."
" One who is Wise, never stops learning."
"It is not how much you do, but how much love you put in the doing."

Sunny Sights up
Yep. Finally.
In the midst of all this recession chaos, we should still be focused on the Sunny Side of our lives. The clouds silver lining. We tend to forget about the simple things that make us happy. Its easy to let what the government is going through depress you.. Consider your future then. The government won't determine it. Only you will.
Considered my future. Some of which starts here. For too long I've felt my way around through the dark, trying to figure where to go...
Untill I internalized the Self-Discipline needed to light your path. Glance up.
Chase your dream. Fulfill your destiny. Find your niche and trick your mind into thinking its work. Do what you love. The money will follow. You might find yourself in a country you never thought you'd be in. ON VACATION

In my experience, there is only one motivation, and that is desire. No reasons or principle contain it or stand against it.
